Where the hours come from
Restaurant and bar names come from the casinos' own pages. Serving hours come from the same pages and from the restaurants' own sites. Facts were checked on October 7, 2026, against the casinos' pages and official sources. Restaurant and bar hours were checked again on October 10, 2026.
Some casino sites block automated reading. For Great Canadian Casino Vancouver and the four Gateway casinos, dated archived copies of their own pages were used. The Grand Villa, Starlight and Cascades Delta dining pages date from July 2, 2026. The Cascades Delta Summit Bar page dates from March 26, 2026. Great Canadian Casino Vancouver's home page is from September 17, 2026, its poker page from May 13, 2026.
ATLAS Steak + Fish, MATCH, Kirin and Grand Neptune were read on their sites on October 10, 2026. Where published times for one restaurant or bar disagree, no serving hours are shown. That rule covers Gordon Ramsay Steak and the Privé Bar at River Rock.
How a week is read
All times are Pacific time, as each casino publishes them. A night that runs past midnight belongs to the evening it started. The Asylum pub at Great Canadian Casino Vancouver, open Friday 6 PM to 2 AM, counts as a Friday night.
A missing closing time stays missing. Gordon Ramsay Burger at Great Canadian Casino Vancouver serves Friday to Sunday from 11 AM to close. No closing time is published for those days, so the site shows the opening hour only.
Kitchen hours cover only a named restaurant or bar, and an open floor does not mean a kitchen is serving. Holidays, private events and temporary changes are not covered. Holiday hours should be checked with the casino or restaurant itself.
What stays unknown
At Hastings, Jerome's and Eclipse Lounge have no current serving hours. Grand Villa's Personas Patio + Restaurant + Lounge, Centro Bar and Alpina Bar + Gaming Lounge have none either. So are MATCH Eatery & Public House at Cascades Delta, and Glacier Bar and My Club Eat & Drink at Cascades Langley. River Rock's times for Gordon Ramsay Steak and the Privé Bar's small plates disagree, so no serving hours are shown for either.
The Elements Casino Surrey buffet opens at 5:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, with no published closing time. Cascades Casino Langley's Sunday Brunch Buffet starts at 11 AM, also without one. River Rock and Great Canadian Casino Vancouver publish table hours, not overall casino hours. Distances are straight lines between map coordinates, not driving or walking distances.
